The Smart Energy Municipalities Project in Albania (SEMP), supported by the Swiss Government, has achieved a significant milestone. Four municipalities—Berat, Korçë, Përmet, and Shkodra—have successfully passed the Municipal Energy and Climate Action Plan (MECAP) at their municipal councils. This comprehensive plan aims to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact in these regions.
